For a series to get a nice following, it needs to be aired regularly in the same time slot, and not moved around - or chopped up into three mini seasons.

Major example was the recent airings of "Dollhouse". That is what took The Guard's timeslot most recently.

I think it was the curse of FOX yet again cancelling a good series. I actually started watching it at my Firefly and BSG group's get together's, including this past Friday night for the finale. And it was pretty good. Liked the fact that there were cast from both Firefly and BSG in it. And I developed a bit of a crush on Anthony and Topher.

It's true! I saw it advertised on ION during the commercials. About time is all I can say!
Yes, I found my way back here finally. Sorry for being anti-social of late....so many things with home, health and work. Feeling better and ready to rock and roll now! Lol!
Even made a reservation for Dragon Con!

The first episodes are airing on March 13th that just happens to be Steve's Birthday, what a wonderful way for his US fans to celebrate his birthday with 2 episodes of The Guard, doing the happy dance

Ok, so I guess the show was cancelled?? 
And also, I just read the reason Blood Ties was canceled! That's simply rediculous!!!!
